Project Management Program

In an increasingly competitive global business environment, an organization’s ability to attract, develop, retain and effectively deploy talented project managers is key to its attainment of strategic objectives. The LMCI Project Management program was designed by experts in the field with experience in projects ranging from several thousands of dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars.

The goals of this program are to:
  1. Provide a consistent methodology in the execution of projects to achieve predicted and desired results.
  2. Improve the skill levels and knowledge of IUPAT/FCA Project Managers to develop true professionals in the field.
  3. To expose potential Project Managers to the depth and breadth of the roles and responsibilities that a Project Manager may be relied upon to manage, contribute to and perform.
Expected outcomes of this program are:
  1. IUPAT/FCA members develop into professional Project Managers who focus on results (in addition to process) and customer expectations.
  2. A learning opportunity for qualified members who demonstrate motivation, skill and aptitude, as well as recognition by the sponsors.
  3. Visible gains on projects managed by the programs graduates.
